MATTA FAIR 2013

MATTA FAIR is here once again. For those who dunno MATTA FAIR is .. here a simplify explanation from me. Basically MATTA FAIR is an event where they (tourism) give out awesome promotion for you to spend your holidays either alone , with friends , or with family in oversea/local location that you desire. Or you can even ask for the details of a certain place or country.

we went to MATTA FAIR 2013 on last Sunday. Mainly to hunt for flyer and broacher to decide where should we go next. Because Flyer and Broacher has a lot of details of a certain places.

Bali - Day 4 (July 27, 2013)

last day in BALI .. kind feel sad that .. have to back to reality life .. no more lazy + holiday .. but who cares .. just enjoy the last day as fun as I can .. muaHahaHA ..

8,00am .. wake up .. breakfast .. then dear and I went to enjoy the hotel facility, the Swimming Pool .. it was weird swimming in the swimming pool .. mainly because .. the swimming pool is next to the hotel restaurant .. which mean its so open that .. some people who are having their buffet breakfast in the restaurant is watching both of us swimming .. doesn't that feel weird enough ?

10.00am .. check out hotel .. meet up with Gede at hotel lobby .. 

Babi Guling

Gede brought us to someplace to enjoy Bali most famous local food, Babi Guling , as breakfast .. how it taste ? hmm .. i would say it taste a bit like the chinese punya "Golden Pig (金猪) " .. but kinda different in the way they roasted it .. besides .. in Bali .. Babi Guling normally serve together with Lawar & Steam Rice .. 

Bali Massage

After breakfast .. roughly 12.00pm .. we went for Bali Massage .. besides dear , me , ben , jac .. the rest went in and enjoy the massage .. then 4 of us use 1 hour to do shopping around the massage area .. we kinda walk to nearby Big Sales .. why 1 hour ? because their massage service estimate took 1 hour ..

Roughly 1.15pm .. Gede brought us to Hawaii Bali for shopping .. this is a highly recommended place to all readers .. because what ever the things sell here .. is very very very cheap .. its like its totally not believable for us as tourist .. compare to Ubud Market .. this place is like 90% discount of the price the seller there offer .. seriously .. if you want to buy any souvenir .. Hawaii Bali is the place ..

Dinner at Carefore Food Court

3.30pm .. drop Aeris & Jac to airport .. because they taking different flight and they heading to Singapore .. After that .. we went to Carefore for another shopping .. why carefore ? honestly I also not really sure why .. haHAha .. But at least what I know is .. we bought a lots of stuff back to Malaysia .. Furthermore .. we had our dinner at Carefore Food Court too .. haHaha .. I accidentally manage to order a National Drink for Indonesia, Es Teler .. its an awesome drink (at least for those that who like Avacado) ..

7.30pm .. head to Ngurah Rai Airport .. and say good bye to our lovely driver, Gede .. 

10.00pm .. Aircraft depart from Ngurah Rai Airport, Bali ..

12.15am .. AIrcraft arrive at Terminal LCCT, Kuala Lumpur ..

Bali - Day 3 (July 26, 2013)

Its day 3 staying in BALI already .. oh YEAH !!

7.15am .. wake up .. and settle our own breakfast .. me and AhDear decide to save cost .. so we ate our instant noodle cup (Bakso flavour & MeeGoreng flavour) with some local brand chocolate milk .. 8.00am .. everyone meet up with Gede at hotel lobby .. and our journey to Kintamani start .. what is in Kintamani ? continue read/watch then you will know ..

Mount Batur

here we are .. Kintamani .. and its famous volcano, Mt. Batur. Hehe .. for your info .. this is still an active volcano .. so don't play play .. Trekking guide told us that .. the latest eruption was in year 2000 .. so no one know when will it erupt again ..

High Tea at Gede's uncle's house

not sure what the actual story behind .. but what I heard is .. our team lead , J Dragon , somehow talk to Gede to eat at his place .. and he agree .. so i guess that is how we end up having high tea here .. but the main point is .. this is the most awesome chances for us to really try some local food .. even though some of it look as if its malaysian food .. but those food just look the same .. but the taste is totally different things .. personally thinking .. is either local food is freaking awesome .. or Gede's uncle & aunt 's cooking is awesome .. :)

guess you guys already wonder who is this Gede .. picture above .. the one standing is our driver, Gede .. Actual job .. unknown .. but heard J Dragon say he is photographer .. and according to him .. he is a member of a kite team .. their team has a kite of at least 15 feet wide .. :)

Bali - Day 2 (July 25, 2013)

day 2 in BALI .. oh YEAH !

8.00am .. wait for our 1 day tour guide (purchase package from groupon) ..

1st stop .. Batubulan .. according to tour guide .. this is the place famous with handy craft item ..

2nd stop .. "unknown" .. according to tour guide .. this is the place famous with gold & silver accessory ..

3rd stop .. Celuk .. this place famous with Traditional / Modern Art Culture ..

Picutre showing that the guide telling us some the local stuff/things that they do.. especially their famous, International Kite Competition which normally held at July. but not this year .. because this year, 2013, the Bulan Ramadhan fall on July.. so the competition will delay until after Raya .. according to him .. some kites are very big .. cant imagine how big ? just imagine normally a kite fly by 1 person holding the string .. but this huge kite .. at least need 10+ persons to hold the strings (most of the time, the 1st person will be half floating half pulling the string) .. guess I'll be back to Bali just to watch the well known, International Kite Competition.

5th stop .. Ubud Market ..

Ubud Market .. one of the main tourism place .. lots and lots things to be sold here .. BUT .. according to local advice .. tourist should make bargain with the seller .. once the seller offer x amount of price .. 1st things for tourist buyer to do is .. start bargaining from (at least) 80% of the original price .. YES .. you must bargain .. or else you will be very very very regret just like few of my friends here ..

6th stop .. "unknown" .. place to taste local coffee

another place mostly visited by tourist .. all lots of kind of coffee were planted / sale here .. before knowing which to purchases .. we can also taste out which do we prefer .. besides coffee .. there also some tea to be taste / sale .. the best things is .. they even have the Luwak Coffee here .. what is Luwak Coffee ? Luwak Coffee refers to the beans of coffee berries that been eaten and excreted by the Asian Palm Civet .. what I heard is .. this coffee is quite .. expensive ..

7th stop .. Uluwatu Temple ..

People say this is the best place to enjoy sunset .. how good it is ? I have no idea .. as you can see in the picture .. the sky is too cloudy to enjoy the legendary sunset view .. I guess I'm kind of bad luck today .. no sunset view for me .. T.T

Bali - Day 1 (July 24, 2013)

7.45am .. YEAH .. at airport getting ready and waiting our flight for departure to Denpasar, Bali .. ready ready for check-in .. but still waiting for one more couple to arrive Terminal LCCT .. 

8.30am .. still waiting .. waiting .. waiting .. and we decided we should just check-in without them .. just in case they really really late .. at least we still can fly to Denpasar, Bali (feel like so jahat .. but who cares) .. 8.45am .. finally the last couple arrive .. 

10.00++am .. its time .. time to .. depart from Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia to Bali, Indonesia .. YEAH !!

Arriving Bali around 12.00++pm .. meet up with our driver, Gede .. YEAH !!

After lunch .. Gede brought us to a place ..

The Holly Temple ( Uluwatu Temple ) ..

DINNER TIME !!! okay .. this place is what people call, Jimbaran Bay .. most of the restaurant here serve SEAFOOD .. why seafood ? because it is a BAY .. haHaha .. Let just say .. I would recommend this place for any couple out there if you wish to have a lovely + wonderful dinner .. 

(beware : lobster is freaking expensive here .. I wonder why)

went to KLCC with EeSoon early in the morning to attend Volkswagen . Das Auto . Show 2012 . . it was an awesome opening from the Volkswagen . . its like . . its like . . all the Volkswagen car acting like the world best model having catwalk show on the stage . . with all the stun driving skills from all the driver to show how potentially good is the specific Volkswagen car model . . furthermore . . it add up with some dancers and singer to make the whole opening mind blowing . . there is no way I gonna forget this kind of opening ceremony . .

after the show . . we were guided into the Volkswagen showcase hall . . inside the hall . . it was non other than all the famous Volkswagen car . . and the main character which is in the middle of the hall is the well known . . The Beetle . . 

through out the hall . . EeSoon and I walk around enjoying all the luxury car . . in one corner . . there was 2 concept car . . which is not officially launch by Volkswagen yet . . besides . . staff are make survey on both the concept car . . I guess they (Volkswagen) trying to launch the car with the needs/wants/advices/comments from the consumer survey . . what ever it is . . I'm kinda excited wanting to see this both car on the road . . to see how they gonna fight with their competitors such as Toyota , Mazda , etc . 

1year Anniversary

HAPPY 1 YEAR ANNIVERSARY !!! 

my lovely DARLING !!!

since this is monday... there nothing big I can do to celebrate with her... therefore... what ever I try to plan... it all happen yesterday... YES ... is YESTERDAY !!! at least me and her wasn't that busy especially on SUNDAY ... next is the story of roughly what happen yesterday ... :D

the place we went ?! BUKIT TINGGI ... oh... the one in Pahang... not the one in KLANG... haHAha... reason?! just because that place is full of LANTANA... well... for some... you might think... its only just lantana... but for my darling... LANTANA is like a dream to her... well... at least is what make her go "crazy" and "cute" and "weird"... haHAha!! sadly... just before we arrive our destination... we had some small argument going on between us... luckily everything were solve few minutes after we arrive... you can't imagine how relief I am during that moment... than by evening... for some reason... we end up in Summit Cinema watching, We Not Naughty ... haHAha... what a show...

than by night... I did some cooking for my darling... hehe... I think this is the 2nd time I cooked for her... personally... the meal taste not that good... but she somehow like it... well... I hope so... haHAha... but I will cook a better meal next time... :D

Port Dickson Trip

January 14, 2012

went to port dickson straight after working hour... main reason for the visit is quite simple... a SURPRISE BIRTHDAY PARTY for KhaiMing invited by SharonLam (KhaiMing's Girl friend)... people that attend the surprise party are : Samson, Danny, Steve, Abu, Jothan, Kaye Chok, Corey, Jacky, zhjun, Lena, Siong, KhaiMing and Sharon...

we arrive Sunshine Resort around 7pm... and set up BBQ equipment and food around the beach area... after that... FOOD FEAST !!! haHaha... roughly 10pm.. KhaiMing arrive with Sharon... and judging from his face... he definitely feel kinda surprise... Sharon's surprise plan total success... YEAH !!

around 1:30am .. thunderstorm strike Port Dickson... we got no choice back to pack and head back home.. in the house... everyone take turn take bath... while waiting for the turn to bath we watching tv movie... haHaha... and the best part... around 3am... half of us start gambling (drink alcohol) while another half went to sleep... which in the end... everything end around 6:30am ..

hmm... i guess after today... i finally know why so many guy interested in Kaye... haHAha...

around 12pm... everyone pack and getting ready to head back to Kuala Lumpur... just before we head back... Kaye intro us to a Bah Kut Teh shop somewhere Luput... nothing much super special about it... after the Bah Kut Teh lunch... finally is time to head back Kuala Lumpur...

Morib Trip

out of nothing... suddenly me and darling decided to head for Morib... to enjoy the sound of the wave... to enjoy the wind from the sea... right after having our breakfast... we head to Morib... 

we arrive Morib around 11.30am... we walk around along the shore of Morib... enjoying other people fishing... enjoying people flying kite... enjoying kids playing bubbles... than we decided to head to Tg Sepat... and of coz... the Tg Sepat Bridge become our main target... haHaha... it was around 12 in the noon... and the sun was freaking bright above our head... and i have no idea why are we standing under the sun enjoying the wind and the wave on the bridge with the sun high up above us... 

after that.. we went do some shopping at Tg Sepat local store... to get some local delicious food... haHaha... than we head to a local famous pau store to enjoy the pau... which we order "cha siew pau" and "mui choi pau"... besides... we also order the local self made fish ball... and last but not least... the local coffee... :D

after the snack time... we head back to Morib again to enjoy the wind and the wave... it was so cool to park the car under some tree and sit in it with all the window wide open to let the wind come in... and the precious moment does remind me of what happen during April 9th, 2011... which it was once a very very very important day to me... which something that change my life since than...

around 4pm... we decide to head back home to prepare for the dinner gathering with friends... i hope there will be more like today once more... to enjoy the moment with darling... :D

Fraser Hill

Sunday & Monday is here... 

its the day that i will be spending my time with

to be exact... 

FRASER HILL SILVERPARK RESORT... 

instead of using word to describe how is our trip... i guess its better that i show you the pictures... haHAha... Ooops... pictures is not ready yet... will be updating this post again ASAP !!! be patient !!!

Genting Highland Trip

it was around 10pm with a rainy day... we were somewhere at Bangsar as a check point for us to gether before we start our journey... by somewhere near 10.30pm... every one arrive and there goes our journey... journey to Genting Highland... oh!!! almost forgot... there were 2 rides on the trip... one driven by Me and the passengers were EeSoon and KaiKeat... while the other ride was driven by Ben and the passengers were Brian, Esa, and HuiFang...

we reaching Genting Highland around 12am on the next day (22 October 2011).. the weather there was cold and misty... even though is cold... but we still enjoying the wind or the cold there... next we head to Starbucks at First World Hotel.. sadly we only hang around the for half and hour max... than we change our location into the indoor theme park... just to walk around... surprisingly... we stop at "wishing pond" and trying to make our wish by throwing some small coin into it... than we head straight out again to enjoy the wind and the cold.. lastly... we head to another Starbucks at Genting Hotel... we spend few hours chit chatting there... and by the time we decided to head home is already almost 5am in the morning...

this time... there were 4 person in my ride... which was Me, EeSoon, KaiKeat and Huifang... after dropping KaiKeat at his house... we continue our journey to EeSoon house... the time when we actually reach EeSoon house... its already 6.05am... instead of me heading straight back home... i end up sleeping/resting at EeSoon house... 

what an awesome/weird journey i have today... >.<

Indonesia Trip

went to Medan, Indonesia (Danny's hometown) for fun with Danny... 

didn't manage to went for lot of place... because we actually tie up with something important...

 kinda like this trip is not for tour...

but... 

at least i manage to try some weird food while i was there in Medan...

Tg Sepat Trip

went for a trip at Tg Sepat with colleague..
Limmer, ShaeLyn, Danny, Samson, EeJien, PawXuan, Steve.. 

it was a fun n tiring trip... i learned my lesson that... try not to go tour somewhere during super peak season especially public holiday... a lot of things is out of stock and pack with a lot people... coz there was once i came with my dear during normal weekend... this place is so quiet and peaceful... we can enjoy anything or everything we want... but now... is so hard to get a seat even in restaurant...

Day 71 & 72

went to camping at Sungai Lepok with R&H colleagues (Limmer, ShaeLyn, Gianne, PawXuan, Danny, Sam & Me) for 2 days 1 night.. this camping is sure fun... it remind me of my past camping experience... i wish we have more camping like this.. well.. lets the picture show you how fun is it..

沙巴西海岸之旅 - Day 7

Day 64

今天要回 Kuala Lumpur 了.. 要回到忙碌的大城市了.. 真有点依依不舍啊!!

早上.. 带了她去 Beverly Hills 附近吃点心.. 然后就前往 Borneo岛 最大件的超级广场, One Borneo看看.. 我们也在那逛了好一阵子.. 然后.. 便前往 Filipino Market 逛逛.. 因为那儿是选购手信的最佳地方.. 而且价钱也不会因旅客的地方而卖的贵.. 之后便回家收拾行李..

再见了, Kota Kinabalu.. 我回来啦, Kuala Lumpur..
